Things to know
You'll want to make sure you have admin access and an active Jane Websites subscription to change your payment method. If you're looking to have the name on your invoices updated, you'll want to reach out to support@janewebsites.com and our Billing Team be able to change that for you.Â
How to Change Your Billing Information
You can update your billing information directly in the admin dashboard of your site. This process allows you to manage your credit card, address, and view invoice history from one place.
- First, you'll want to log in to the Admin side of Jane Websites.
- Next, click on Admin > Billing in the top right-hand dropdown menu.
- Scroll till you reach the Payment Method section. Click the Edit button, next to your listed credit card. This will take you to Stripe's secure billing portal.
- From here, you can:
- Update your credit card details
- Change your billing address
- View past invoices or receipts
- Once your changes are complete, click Save to apply them.
- If you're looking to change the name that your Subscription is billed to, you'll want to reach out to support@janewebsites.com so that our Billing Team can make that change for you.Â
Great work! Your billing information is now up to date and will be used for your next scheduled payment. Youâll also receive an email confirmation once your changes are processed.

Note
Updating your billing information only affects future charges. Any past invoices will remain unchanged, and the new payment method will be used for the next billing cycle. Any name changes on your Subscription must be done by our Billing Team, so you'll want to reach out to support@janewebsites.com to make that change. Â
