Integrating your Jane account with Jane Websites allows your website to pull in your clinic’s branding and key details automatically, saving you setup time and keeping everything consistent.
When you spin up a new website, Jane Websites securely accesses your clinic’s publicly available Online Booking information. This includes your logo, branding colours, clinic hours, location, providers, and services, so your site is always pre-filled with up-to-date details right from the start.

We recommend setting up your Jane account first. This allows the sync to work seamlessly. If you’ve already created Jane Websites, let us know, and we can connect it manually.
How to Integrate your Jane Account (New Jane Websites)
If you've signed up for Jane and are ready to spin up a Jane Websites, follow the steps below.
- Go to the Jane Websites Free Preview page.
- Click the I Have a Jane Account button, and start typing your clinic name.
- Select the correct Jane account that appears below.
- Jane Websites will automatically sync your Jane data by pulling in branding, services, staff bios, location, and more.
How to Integrate Your Jane Account (Jane Websites Already Live)
If you've already spent time on Jane Websites, we can manually integrate your Jane account.
- Email support@janewebsites.com with your clinic name and Jane account URL.
- Our team will manually integrate your site with your Jane account to complete the sync.
You're all set! Jane Websites is now connected to Jane, keeping your services and clinic details automatically in sync.
