Organizing your dropdown menu ensures that the most important menu item appears first, helping patients find what they need easily. This guide walks you through rearranging your dropdown menu items when theyâre organized via the Smart Menu system.

Before you start
You'll need Admin access to make any changes to your dropdown menu items.Â
How to Reorder a Smart Menu DropdownÂ
Use this method to rearrange dropdown menu items in your main navigation menu:
- Click Admin in the top right corner of your site, and click Content from the dropdown menu.
- In the left-hand sidebar, click Programs. If you are looking to re-range your service drop-down, this is where your Jane-synced services are listed.
- Find the program you want to move, and hover over it.Â
- Drag the program using the square with the dots icon
to rearrange it, moving each up or down to create your desired order. - Your changes are saved automatically, and the navigation dropdown will now reflect this new order.Â

Youâve successfully reordered your dropdown menu, making it more intuitive. Now, when patients browse your site, your most relevant offerings will always appear correctly in your dropdown menu.

While Smart Menus are most commonly used for Jane-synced services, they can also be used to organize other grouped content, such as Conditions We Treat, or other custom collections.Â
