To change your Jane Websites subscription, you’ll need admin access and be logged into your Jane Websites account.
How to cancel your Jane Websites subscription
You can easily update or cancel your subscription by heading to your Websites Settings. From there, you'll be able to cancel your website subscription.
- First, click Admin in the top right hand cover of your website.
- Next, you'll select Billing from the dropdown menu.
- From there, you'll click the Cancel website subscription button to cancel your subscription.

How to cancel your SEO Booster or Social Plus subscription
You can easily cancel your SEO Booster or Social Plus subscription by emailing our Support Team.
- First, you'll want to send an email to support@janewebsites.com. Let us know what changes you'd like to make (Eg. removing Social Plus or SEO Booster).
- You’ll receive a confirmation form that allows you to finalize your request and share any additional feedback.
- Complete and submit the form with the requested details. Once submitted, our Team will begin processing your request.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email. We’ll let you know once your subscription has been updated.
