How do I get support if I can't find it in the Knowledge base?
Just email support@janewebsites.com, we’re here for you. We can help you over email or hop on a Zoom call. We love using Zoom for support because it lets us walk through your site together in real time, making it easier to stay aligned and solve things quickly.
What if I'm not a Jane Websites client yet still have questions?
No problem at all! You can still email support@janewebsites.com with your questions, and our team will be happy to assist you right away.
