Need help with your site? You’re in the right place. This FAQ covers how to get support, from using our Knowledge Base to connecting with our team by email or Zoom. If you don’t find what you're looking for below, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@janewebsites.com.  
 

Things to know

All Jane Websites clients have access to our Support team as part of their monthly hosting fee. Whether it’s a quick question, a design roadblock, or a new idea, help is just an email away. Even if you're not signed up yet, you're welcome to contact us for assistance or information.

 


How do I get support if I can't find it in the Knowledge base? 

Just email support@janewebsites.com, we’re here for you. We can help you over email or hop on a Zoom call. We love using Zoom for support because it lets us walk through your site together in real time, making it easier to stay aligned and solve things quickly. 
 

What if I'm not a Jane Websites client yet still have questions? 

No problem at all! You can still email support@janewebsites.com with your questions, and our team will be happy to assist you right away.

Zoom is our go-to for live support sessions. It lets us share screens, explore ideas, and stay perfectly in sync while reviewing your site together.
