Things to know/Before you start

You'll want to make sure you have admin access to download invoices and viewing your billing history. Your accountant or bookkeeper can confirm which tax documents are required for your clinic.

How do I access my Jane Websites billing records?

If you need documentation for tax or accounting purposes, you can download your invoices directly from your Jane account. These invoices are typically sufficient for bookkeeping and tax preparation.

  1. First, you'll want to log in to the Admin side of Jane Websites.
  2. Next, click on Admin > Billing in the top right-hand dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll till you reach the Invoice History section. Click the View Invoice button, next to the invoice you wish to view. To see all of your invoices, click the View All Invoices.

Does Jane Websites provide a W-9 form?

No, Jane Websites does not provide W-9 forms. If your accountant has requested one, we recommend confirming whether it's required for a subscription-based software service. In most cases, invoices and payment records are sufficient documentation.

Does Jane Websites provide a 1099 form?

No, Jane Websites does not issue 1099 forms to clinics. A 1099 form is typically issued to independent contractors or service providers that you pay. Since your clinic is purchasing a subscription service, you would not receive a 1099 from us.

Note

Tax requirements can vary based on your business structure and location. Jane Websites cannot provide tax advice. For personalized guidance, please consult a qualified tax professional.

To recap, Jane Websites does not provide W-9 or 1099 tax forms. However, you can access all of your invoices and payment records directly within your Jane Websites account for your bookkeeping needs.
